The Journey to Your Session
FIVE - Artwork & Delivery
Choose your session type (maternity, newborn, or family), and secure your spot with a $400 creative fee. I shoot on weekdays and weekends across Gippsland, Bunyip, Phillip Island, and Melbourne’s surrounds.
your booking guide
You’ll receive a booking link, session questionnaire, and contract. We’ll also have a relaxed phone or FaceTime chat to talk through the details and tailor your session to your family’s rhythm. One week prior to your session, you will purchase the base collection 'Barefoot'.
We meet at your home, farm, beach or favourite outdoor spot. The session lasts around 60–90 minutes (or 2 hours for newborns). It’s relaxed, child-led and gently guided - no pressure to pose.
Roughly 4 weeks after your session, your gallery will be ready for viewing! Keep an eye out for the email and create your own password. Get the tissues ready and sit down as a family to go through them.
You can choose to upgrade your package at anytime, if you want more photos.
Once you’ve selected your images and collection, your digital files, prints, and albums will be delivered. Framed work or albums may take a little longer, but they’re worth the wait.

All sessions require a non-refundable creative fee of $400, which covers your time during the shoot and the careful curation of your images. The packages below determine the inclusions you receive after your session.

However they show up is exactly how they’re meant to. Big feelings, snack breaks, wild energy, it’s all welcome and encouraged. Magic happens in the in-betweens too!
A slower start and a good meal beforehand can go a long way in helping everyone feel more at ease.
Try to arrive about 15 minutes before your session so there’s no rush. A calm transition and a little breathing room can make a big difference, especially for little ones.
You don’t need to direct anything. I’ll guide gently where needed, but mostly I want you to be with your people. I’ll take care of the rest.

As soon as you've decided that this is something you'd love to do, please reach out via the contact form on my website. We will organise a date that works for you and then you'll receive an email with a questionnaire to fill out, details of our session, contract to sign and creative fee invoice to pay. This secures our shoot together!
The creative fee includes your time with me (typically 60–90 minutes, or up to 2 hours for newborns), gentle planning support, and the careful curation of your final gallery. Packages and prints are chosen separately, after your session.
You don’t need to decide right away. You’re automatically booked into the Barefoot Collection, and once your gallery is ready, you can upgrade to the collection that feels right for you. No pressure, just choice.
I usually book a few months ahead, especially for weekends or golden hour sessions. If you're expecting a baby or want a seasonal shoot (like spring or summer), it's best to get in touch early.
Simple, comfortable clothing works best - think natural tones, soft fabrics, and outfits you feel yourself in. Once you’re booked, I’ll send a session guide with tips to help you prepare.
Absolutely. All collections include some form of printed work, but you’re welcome to order additional prints, albums or wall art at any time.
